Debbie moved from Ireland to Anna Maria Island in 2002 with husband Michael and 3 children Gemma, Rick and Claudia. She and her family fell in love with island life several years earlier while on vacation and adore the relaxed vibe of island living.

With a long career already in property development and management in the UK and Ireland , Debbie completed her Florida real estate license soon after moving to Florida , 2 years later she became a broker and established her own Business AMI Real Estate .

 

Debbie now helps people fulfill their dream of owning a piece of paradise on Anna Maria Island. Debbie likes to view herself as a property matchmaker pairing people to their perfect beach house! 

 

Debbie looks after both Commercial and residential properties on the island, she has also been involved in a few business sales/purchases for people wanting to not only have a vacation home but also people who want to move to Florida with a dream of living and working on the Gulf coast.
